The evolving retail market presents planners, developers, and designers with a fresh set of challenges and opportunities. Smaller, local operations continue to grow in popularity, as do out-of-town and destination retail parks. On the high street, there is growing interest in mixed-use facilities.

We act as lead designer for shell and fit-out contracts for large-scale new build schemes and the small-scale strategic remodelling of existing retail estate. We adapt and upgrade our skills to meet the evolving needs of society and our clients. Our continuous forward-thinking has helped us maintain long-term client partnerships with many retailers, some going back over 30 years.
