Internal fit-out and shell alterations

We were appointed for the internal fit-out and shell alterations for the supermarket and filling station following our successful involvement with the initial shell construction 2020.

We managed to design and deliver the new reconfiguration project during the incredibly challenging period of the first Covid-19 lockdown in 2020. The original buildings were lying dormant, but due to a significant increase in demand for food retail services during the lockdowns, Morrisons identified this store as key to satisfying the area’s needs.

Our redevelopment incorporates a traditional foodstore, with their famed Market Street, Café, and Specialist Barista, and adds new provisions for Click and Collect online shopping services.
