Keeping pace with the growing demand for community specialist care

Exemplar is a trusted provider of specialist care and rehabilitation for adults living with a range of complex and high acuity needs arising from neuro-disabilities and neurological conditions. Over forty homes help people with physical disabilities and health concerns to lead a good quality of life independently.

Our first project was Brook View, Liverpool in Sept 2019. Since then, we have delivered seven new multi-occupancy homes in Hull, Bradford, Ellesmere Port, Wallasey, Sunderland, Stockton on Tees, and Walsall. Hillside Court in Leeds and Wytham Lodge in Burnley are on site, and we have four other schemes seeking planning approval and five at the feasibility review stage.

During the delivery of Wykewood, we collaborated with Exemplar’s operations and delivery team to develop a set of operational building standards for use on new build care projects.
