The brownfield infill site is a key location within the local housing delivery plan for new affordable housing and comprises 10 two-bed, 6 three-bed, and 4 four-bed houses, plus a three-bed accessible and adaptable bungalow. Built by Henry Boot Construction, these family dwellings provide an interesting visual mix of detached, semi-detached, and terraced homes. The access courtyard and landscaping integrate high-quality traditional and modern materials and features, making this a stunning example of distinctive place-making.

Our design and detailing helped Chesterfield Borough Council follow their sustainability agenda to de-carbonise new developments. The energy efficient properties have significantly increased levels of insulation and EV charging points.
