Planning has been approved for a new 3-storey, 66-bed home for Torsion Care on the outskirts of Otley in West Yorkshire.
The new scheme features:
- Contemporary but sensitive intervention,
- A traditional material palette of both smooth and split-faced stonework,
- Two wings of accommodation to balance staffing levels,
- High-quality communal lounges, dining lounges, and raised balcony terraces,
- Extensive secure landscaped grounds for external amenity,
- Woodlands to the rear of the site – retained for biodiversity and wellbeing.
We look forward to the scheme moving forward on-site next year with Torsion Projects.
