We are delighted that our Throstle Rec scheme continues to be recognised as a great success with two wins at the regional #LABC awards 2024.
The £40m scheme as a whole won Best Large Social Housing Development, whilst the centrepiece of the development, Gascoigne House, won the Best Purpose Built Accommodation award.
Residential director Richard Merrills said, ” We are really pleased to have the recognition the scheme deserves, highlighting this major piece of regeneration and the overwhelmingly positive impact it has had on the community.”
As regional winners, we have also been put forward for the Grand Finals in London which take place in January 2025.
