We have made the shortlist for the Insider Media Yorkshire Property Awards for both Residential Development of the Year (more than 100 homes) for our Throstle Rec scheme and the much coveted Architectural Practice of the Year award.
The shortlisted projects include:
Throstle Rec and Gascoigne House, Middleton – this £40m scheme consists of a 3-storey 60-unit Extra Care Facility, 100 general needs houses, 16 working-age bungalows, an energy centre, and extensive landscaping. The scheme forms a key element of the Leeds City Council Housing Delivery programme providing much-needed regeneration and affordable housing
Woodhouse Grove School 6th Form Centre – a careful and sensitive contemporary intervention to a Grade II listed building for one of our most prestigious education clients.
Hillside Court – a 41-bed residential care home in Beeston for Exemplar Health Care, providing specialist care and rehabilitation for adults living with the highest level of complex and high acuity needs arising from neuro-disabilities and neurological conditions.
