I joined Watson Batty in November 2023.

I am an architectural technologist working in our busy Later Living & Care team. My typical role is to provide all the technical design information and project documentation for Stage D onwards, using BIM to produce comprehensive sets of high-quality working drawings.

My team’s work ethic is very inspiring, and I have become part of some excellent internal and external collaborations on interesting schemes. As a key member of the practice’s BIM Implementation Team, I want to keep developing greater efficiencies in our workflows and processes. This desire feeds into the practice’s wider, long-term intentions of improving sustainability whilst reducing the costs of construction projects. Supporting my team members with their ongoing technical skills development is proving to be another enjoyable aspect of my role.
