I joined Watson Batty in May 2018, and as Managing Director, my focus is on the overall performance and long-term sustainability of the Practice. I am responsible for ensuring we meet all our commercial, financial, compliance, and professional commitments.

Working closely with my co-directors, I define and deliver our strategic direction in response to evolving market and industry conditions. Together, we set the core responsibilities of the senior management team, enabling co-ordinated initiatives that drive operational performance and help future-proof the business.

Using skills developed from many years working in the living and later living sectors, I support our teams in delivering a high-quality service to our clients. We are continuously striving to improve the quality and efficiency of our designs, responding positively to legislative changes and environmental challenges.
