I joined Watson Batty in November 2020.

I work in the living sector delivering general needs housing schemes, but I also have experience in high-rise residential, student accommodation, later living & care, and education projects.

I enjoy every aspect of project delivery. Helping to form the early project principles through to detailing the technical stage gives me a full understanding of the scheme’s needs and results in a higher level of quality and consistency.

My office responsibility is our in-house IT management, sourcing computer hardware & software and resolving technical issues.

My BIM and 3D visualisation skills have assisted successful delivery of recent schemes. The role of BIM in testing ideas and sustainable performance pre-site is proving invaluable. Additionally, end users receive a comprehensive package of information to encourage the long-term use of the building.
