“Always evolving, architecture is never static. Every day presents fresh challenges.”

“Architecture has to be one of the most challenging and enjoyable jobs. It’s a profession in which you get to solve real-life problems. However, I once built the Houses of Parliament in Lego, which certainly couldn’t call a real-life problem, but, if nothing else, it demonstrates an inexhaustible passion for my craft.”

“I came to the Practice fresh out of University and threw myself into every aspect of the work. From the purely creative expression of the concept sketch to the discipline of generating a fully detailed construction package, I was happy. Consequently, I’ve been involved in dozens of projects in every sector that the Practice covers.”

“Today, I’m the account manager for Royal Mail, one of the practice’s largest clients. With over ten years of experience working for the group behind me, I now lead the team, maintain Royal Mail’s national Design Standards and ensure the delivery of their many projects.”

“Alongside my main professional roles, I’m also heavily involved in the internal running of the Practice, from leading the company’s operations team to nurturing our work experience students.”
