I joined Watson Batty in August 2004.

As director, I oversee the industrial, commercial, and defence sectors, and have wider company responsibilities in developing our resourcing strategy, quality management, and managing key client relationships.

I lead the team in the delivery of large-scale logistics projects, guiding clients in the overall masterplanning of large distribution sites through to the interior fit-out of the buildings. A trusted adviser, I have also been instrumental in refining our long-term clients’ internal design and technical standards.

Understanding how an organisation’s production operations flow enables me to anticipate the best future use of facilities that will meet the required outputs and sustainability targets whilst minimising cost. I create lean, efficient designs that accommodate complex automated functions and specialist equipment. Incorporating rapidly changing technology means building in flexibility and scope to respond quickly should the design requirements evolve.
