I joined Watson Batty in July 2014.

Having delivered projects in learning, extra care, transport, and the industrial sectors, I typically manage our prestigious sports and leisure schemes and support continued growth in this sector.

As an associate, I coordinate teams across both geographical office bases, requiring excellent project management and communication skills, and sound technical knowledge. I am also the practice’s sustainability co-lead and part of the cross-sector working group for sustainable business growth. I helped develop our sustainability strategy which is steering us towards Net-Zero business operation.

I feel real excitement when making things and appreciate details, however small, enjoying the process of organising and perfecting them. Aside from the physical process of making buildings, I am always drawn to the human element of our work. As an architect, you get to interact with a huge range of interesting people and become committed to the end-users.
