I joined Watson Batty in July 1997.

I became a director in 2008 to help oversee future business development and lead our living sector team. I work in partnership with everyone, valuing the opinion of others, and keeping my promises to clients. I help my clients navigate a route through ever-changing legislation, political priorities, and environmental issues, looking for efficiencies that optimise resources. I find that displaying a positive attitude around the office helps to boost staff morale.

I want to inspire others to succeed, so for many years, I have supported my team in the delivery of regeneration projects that address long-term community sustainability. Our award-winning, responsive architecture benefits people’s living, social, recreational, learning, and working environments. I feel that the construction team must dedicate a collective responsibility to deliver buildings that satisfy the future needs of our growing population.
