We are delighted to have made the shortlist for two awards at The Yorkshires Residential Real Estate Awards.
Our Throstle Rec & Gascoigne House Extra Care Facility has been shortlisted for the prestigious Environmental Social and Governance category. We are delighted as this showcases the commitment to health and wellbeing the project entails and the positive impact the scheme has had on the wider community.
We have also been shortlisted in the Best Residential Consultancy category, an acknowledgement that this has been a stand-out year for the practice. We have designed and delivered:

✅ Creating homes for individuals and families
