Our latest scheme for Exemplar Health Care, for a 33 Bed Complex Care Home on Perseverance Street in Barnsley has been granted planning approval.
The scheme has been in the planning process for over a year, and we have worked tirelessly to overcome issues around the application to ensure the proposal will be a positive intervention and complement the local area. The buff brick and high-level cladding are a contemporary departure from our traditional pitched roof design, making this new home one of a kind.
Springfield Vale, Barnsley, will also be the first scheme which we will progress with the Dementia Services Development Centre #DSDC to work towards an official Gold accreditation.
We look forward to working closely with The University of Stirling to create a home in which residents will receive exceptional care whilst benefitting from a thoughtfully designed, high-quality environment.
