We are excited to see two of our Later Living & Care schemes with Exemplar Health Care making great progress on site.
Avon Road, Cannock is a 33-bed specialist care unit currently being constructed by main contractor Deeley Group with Eastwood Consulting Engineers acting as Civil and Structural Engineer. The site is in a highly visible location on the town’s main thoroughfare and situated opposite a public park, so the design presents an attractive multi-coloured elevation of feature gables to create a key gateway building to Cannock.
Further North, Wytham Lodge in Burnley is 34-bed scheme, in hand with main contractor Triton Construction – with you at every stage_, with Dudleys Consulting Engineers as Civil and Structural Engineer. This site had a particularly challenging set of constraints to overcome, including over a full-storey height of level change across the site and the proximity to Green Brook. We undertook careful planning of the site layout to resolve these issues and deliver maximum value for Exemplar Health Care. Both schemes will offer a home for residents requiring Specialist Care needs and feature the highest level of support facilities including sensory bathrooms, physiotherapy rooms, secure outdoor gardens, and communal lounges and dining rooms.
