I joined Watson Batty in July 2023.

My key associate director responsibilities include leading our cross-office technical, BIM and compliance teams to continuously improve the quality of our design information and respond effectively to critical updates in building regulations.

Through successfully delivering the Building Regulations Principal Designer role, I support clients in navigating HSE requirements within the Gateway system. Robust technical design plays a vital role in helping our high-rise residential projects secure planning permission.

I bring strong technical expertise; most notably, having led the delivery of the technical design for a single scheme comprising over 2,000 Build to Rent homes. My experience also spans low-rise housing, education, aparthotels, multi-storey car parks, and major projects across the industrial and commercial sectors. I particularly enjoy developing technical solutions that enable the efficient delivery of ambitious, high-quality schemes.
