Permission Granted for Bradford Housing Scheme

On behalf of our client, Incommunities Group Limited, we are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted to regenerate a key site in the Manchester Road area of Bradford.  The Ashton House scheme proposes the removal of three outdated high rise residential tower blocks and provides 46No. new  2, 3 and 4 bed family homes.  The scheme is akin to the recently completed Chain Street development that Watson Batty Architects produced for the same client. The proposed site layout embraces the existing pedestrian corridor which links through to the city centre. Incommunities see these property types as a more sustainable property offering, that will be used and enjoyed by many future generations of families.
